Biography

David is licensed to practice in Michigan, Ohio and Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Toledo Bar Association. 

David has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including complex, multi-jurisdictional toxic tort litigation. In his practice, David represents property owners, manufacturers, and suppliers including Fortune 500 companies. He has tried 21 jury trials in state and federal courts. 

David attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he won the intra-school Charles W. Fornoff Appellate Advocacy Competition Battister Award for Best Advocate. Thereafter, he competed in various moot court competitions at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and Stetson University College of Law in Tampa Bay, FL. 

David is the father of three daughters. During his free time David enjoys boating, coaching and playing basketball, cooking, and spending time with his dog Kobe.
